Azerbaijan will miss out Veliyev (30/- GK), Allahverdiyev (36/- D), Gökdemir (10/- D), Medvedev (26/- D), Levin (28/- D), Hüseynov (14/- D), Ismayilov (19/1 M) and Sadiqov (18/- M).

Bulgaria will miss out former team captain Popov (48/8 FW), Gargorov (22/3 FW), Rangelov (30/3 FW), Iliev (2/- GK), Mihaylov (29/- GK), Ivanov (39/3 D), Zanev (24/- D), Minev (16/- D) and Vidanov (5/- D) both for injury reason. Azerbaijan

In recent years, increases investment in Azerbaijan football team of the former is no longer as easy prey. Especially in home games and very resistant.
